Creating, Customizing & Editing Tables
There are many different options for printing a PowerPoint presentation. You may choose to print each slide at full size, as handouts,
in color or in black and white.
Print Black and White Slides
- Go to the File menu.
- Choose Print
- In the Print dialog box, check Pure Black and White.

Print Handouts
- Go to the File menu.
- Choose Print
- Locate the Print What drop-down menu and choose Handouts.
- After you choose Handouts from the Print What menu, the handouts section to the right will become available.
- Choose the number of slides that you would like to have on each page.
- Select either a vertical or horizontal order.
Print A Selection of Slides
- Go to the File menu.
- Choose Print
- In the Print Range section of the dialog box, select Slides.
- Enter the numbers of the slides that you would like to print.
- To print just the first slide, enter 1.
- To print a range of slides beginning with slide 2 and ending with slide 6, enter 2-6.
- To print a selection of slides, enter the numbers of the slides separated by commas: 2,4,7,9.

Print Notes Pages
Notes Pages display the slide on the top half of the page and your speaker's notes on the bottom half of the page. Notes Pages are a good alternative to writing your presentation out on index cards.
- Go to the File menu.
- Choose Print
- Locate the Print What drop-down menu and choose Notes Pages.
- Click OK.
