To view the contents of a folder

1. Select Folders from the navigation bar on the left.
2. When the Folders content opens, you will find the following links: Inbox, Draft, Junk Mail, Sent, and Trash.
a. The Inbox link will take you to all of your current messages.
b. The Draft link will take you to any saved but not sent messages.
c. The Junk Mail link will take you to any emails you designated as junk mail.
d. The Sent link shows you all messages that were sent successfully.
e. The Trash link shows you all the messages you sent to the Trash. You can send your messages to the Trash by clicking Delete after you read a message or by marking the check box next to a message in your Inbox and then clicking delete.
3. The link within the Folders opens with the following data:
a. Total: The number of messages per folder.
b. Unread: The number of messages in that folder that haven't been read. If you have message filtering capabilities, the Unread message column shows you when filtered messages have arrived in any of your subfolders.
c. Click on a folder name in the list.
d. A page displaying the message list for that folder opens.
4. Use the navigation arrows << >> to page backward and forward through the messages in the current folder.

Note: Your Inbox is a required folder that comes as a default with your account. Like all system-created folders, you cannot delete your Inbox.
