To start and stop automatic reply

Also referred to as "vacation" mail, Automatic Reply responds to all incoming messages coming (to your Inbox) with a customized message. Automatic Reply continues to respond to your incoming mail until you specifically turn it off.

A reply is sent only to messages addressed directly to you; messages sent through distribution lists are not replied to. You can only use automatic reply if this feature is enabled on your email server. If the Automatic Reply link does not display, your email server is not enabled with this feature.

1. Click Options on the Navigation Bar.
2. Click Forwarding.

Note: An automatic reply message is only sent once to an email address during the specified reply interval. The default interval is seven days.
