To reply to a message

1. Open the message by clicking on the Subject.
2. Click the Reply or All on the Reply/All link found on the tool bar at the top of the opened email message. If you want to reply to one of the senders in the message, click Reply. If you want your reply to be sent to everyone in the From and CC, then click All.
3. After you click Reply or All, the compose box with appropriate information in the To, Subject, and Cc lines appears.
4. Enter your message.
5. Make sure the Include signature box is checked.
6. A copy of the message will always be kept if the Save copy of sent message is checked.
7. When the message is complete, click the Send button.
8. The message is sent, the screen returns to the Inbox, and the Answered icon appears next to the message.
