Empty Trash

When you are ready to eliminate permanently old emails that you no longer want, click on Trash on the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen. You must have already deleted these old messages from your current email messages for them to appear in your Trash.
To check a message for spelling errors:
1. Click in the box next to each of the messages you want to permanently delete.
2. Click the delete button. This will permanently delete all of the email messages you checked.
3. You can also click the Clear All link on the tool bar at the top of the screen.
