Click the Compose link on the left-hand navigation bar. |

If you enter the nickname of the person in the To, Cc, or Bcc line, click the Expand button to see the entire name and address. |

If you type a VCCS student email name, you do not need to type @email.vccs.edu. |

To enter multiple addresses, separate them with commas. |

Type your message in the message box. |

To spell check your message, click Spelling. |

If you choose not to send the message, click Cancel. |

If you want to send the message at a later time, click Save Draft. |

To Add an Attachment:

Click on the browse button to find the file you want to attach. Click Open. |

Click the Add button to attach the file to your message. |

Notice that when the file is attached to your message, it appears as a file name under the attachment window. A trash can appears before the file name. If you need to delete the attachment before you send it, you can click on the trash can. |

Click the Send button at the top of the Compose window to send the message. |
