1. Click the download button below to begin the process.
2. The file is password protected. Enter your LAN username and password you use to sign onto your office computer or email. Enter the domain, NVCC or NVADM.
If you use Windows XP, enter NVCC or NVADM (depends on the domain you use at the office) before your username and then enter your password.
3. Click Save to save the file to your desktop.
4. Minimize the Access Software page.
Install WebSurveyor
1. On your computer desktop, double click on ws4.exe. Follow the default prompts to install it.
Once the client application has been installed, Desktop Client Users must do the following to complete the setup:
2. Open the Desktop Client application. The following screen will appear:
3. Select the option On our own server in answer to the question “Where are you going to host your surveys?” Select Next to continue.
4. Selecting Next presents the following screen:
5. Enter Client10 in the User ID and Password boxes, the assigned generic Desktop Client User ID and Password. Enter the following URL in the Server Address box: https://survey.vccs.edu/ss/
6. Once the user information and server address have been entered, select Next to complete the Desktop Client setup.
Once the Desktop Client application has been correctly set up, Desktop Client Users may open the application and create surveys.
