In previous versions of Blackboard, instructors had to navigate between the display view and the control panel view to make and preview changes to their course. Thanks to Quick Edit, instructors can toggle back and forth between editing and previewing their Blackboard courses. If you want to add or modify an item in a Content Area you can click the Edit View link in the corner of the screen to go directly to a page that will allow you to make the changes. You do not have to navigate back to the Control Panel to add modify items in a Content Area.

Click on Edit View to make changes.

Click on Display View to preview changes you have made.
