Performance Dashboard

Introduction

The Performance Dashboard tool lists information about specific types of user activity in a Blackboard course. All users enrolled in the course are listed. The Performance Dashboard is accessed through the Assessment area of the Control Panel. This page displays the following information

• Last Name
• First Name
• Username
• Role
• Date / time of last login
• Days since last login
• Review Status - Only displayed if this tool is enabled. Displays how many items have been reviewed; a detailed view of items may be opened in a new window.
• Early Warning - Shows the number of warnings and the number of total rules that may trigger a warning. Clicking on the data in this column will open the Early Warning System. The Early Warning System column will only display if the tool is turned on in the Course.
• Adaptive Release - Only displayed if this tool is enabled. An overview of the Student path may be opened in a new window.
• Discussion Board - Only displayed if this tool is enabled. Provides links to the Discussion Board comments.
•  View Grades - Only displayed if the Grade Center is enabled. Provides links to the Grade Center: User Grade List page for that user.

Users can click Print to open the page in a new window in a printer-friendly format. All applicable columns may be sorted.

Using the Performance Dashboard

To access the Performance Dashboard:

From the Control Panel

1. Click on Performance Dashboard located in the Assessment panel.
2. You can now see each student's name, role, date/time of course access, days since last login, and links to their Review Status (how many items with Review Status enabled that they have marked as "Reviewed"), Adaptive Release, Discussion Board, Early Warning Stystemand Grade information.
3. To sort data by one of these, click on the appropriate column heading.
